My kids now have three days under their belt in a new school year! Is it just me or does every summer just fly by? I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I now have a kindergartener and second grader! We got so much school shopping done at Kohl’s this year! A Look for the 1st Day of School

We all want our kids to look fresh and cute on the first day of school, right?! I mean, those are the pictures that are posted all over social media and the pictures that you keep from year to year! Our school has the rule of only closed toe shoes on the playground. I am so grateful that Kohl’s has some great options from Nike to Converse! They also have a great selection of book bags for kids! Perfect for the Playground

If there is one thing that every kids loves to do, it’s play on the playground! And yes…. I am that crazy parent that totally has her kids match in every way possible! Blue shoes for blue outfits! Pink shoes for pink outfits! Admittedly, yes, I have a thing for matching! On a side note, when I was in middle school, I used to match my chapsticks to my outfits! Gym Day

Henry HATES it when he has to wear “handsome clothes”! He much prefers to be comfortable all day! And while these type of outfits used to just be a couple times a week, now he pretty much looks like this every day! Lucy is also getting obsessed with wearing athletic gear! I mean, I can’t blame them though…. Any day that I can wear sweatpants or leggings all day is a good day!
