First I drink the coffee, then I do the things! And since summer is around the corner, I am looking forward to sipping my cold brew! I recently picked up the KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Maker, and I am sharing four easy recipes that you can make right from your own kitchen!
The KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Maker is so easy to use! To make a full batch of cold brew coffee, I added 1 1/2 cups of ground coffee and 60 ounces of cold water.
First, I added the coffee grounds into the steeper.
Next, I added 60 ounces of cold water over the grounds.
Next, I put the container in my refrigerator to let it brew. You can leave it brewing for 12-24 hours. After brewing, remove the lid. Use the handle to lift the steeper and let all of the liquid drain out.
Now don’t get me wrong, I love going to our local coffee shops! But since I try to limit the amount of dairy and sugar that I have, I love trying to recreate the drinks I love with slightly healthier ingredients.
I am not the biggest chocolate fan, but Briton is! I used unsweetened almond milk, but you can use your favorite milk of choice!
Apparently, this is the “it” drink at a popular coffee shop! Rather than using brown sugar, I substituted it for coconut sugar, and it still tasted amazing! For this one, I used unsweetened oat milk for this one!
Well, this one was delicious too! I love a little salty and sweet mixture! I used coconut sugar for this one as well and unsweetened oat milk!
I love a great blended drink too! This one is a guilt-free pick-me-up! I used unsweetened almond milk as my milk for this one!
This KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Maker is awesome for making the perfect cup of cold brew! But don’t worry, if you aren’t a coffee drinker, it can also be used to brew tea as well!
