I have had many questions lately about my workout routine! Today on the blog, I am sharing two great looks from adidas perfect for any workout as well as my daily routine! No matter what exercise you may be doing, these looks are comfortable, durable, and fashionable enough to take you from the gym to running errands!

Every morning when I wake up, I drink about 8 ounces of water right away! After getting the kids breakfast and out the door to be dropped off for school, I come home and drink my coffee!

After getting a small amount of work done in the mornings, I try to play 1-2 hours of pickleball at our local gym! These shoes are perfect for the cardio I get in during that time! After playing pickleball, I head to my friend Sarah’s house for our at-home workouts! These typically last 30-45 minutes!

I absolutely love these leggings because they are high-waisted and stay in place no matter what workout I am getting in! The gathered waist makes them comfortable and flattering too!

After our workout, Sarah and I always have a smoothie for lunch with some other small snack like crackers, carrots, or an apple.
