I just made the most delicious soup! And while the ingredients may sound unusual to mix together, the amazing taste suggests otherwise! I knew I had to make a blog post about this because 1) this soup is so good, and I wanted to share it with you and 2) I knew if I didn’t write it down, I wouldn’t be able to duplicate it in the future! Despite the fact that I am crazy organized, in the kitchen, I rarely follow a recipe! I love to create something delicious while being creative!! I made a pretty big batch because I made some for our family for dinner and some for the teachers at school for our annual PTO soup lunch tomorrow!

Poor Briton! He was hit with the stomach bug two days before he left for his big ski trip to Colorado with his dad! And while he may not have been feeling his best, Stitch Fix made sure he was looking his best! Did you know that Stitch Fix started doing fixes for men too? I am excited to be partnering with them to tell you all about this amazing service that is offered for the men in your life! I took a little style quiz for Briton when we signed up for the fix! There are two things that Lucy REALLY loves – shopping and presents! Stitch Fix combines both things! Lucy absolutely loved “unwrapping” her first fix! I don’t know about your kids, but Henry and Lucy sometimes forget that Christmas is about giving back too! I remember sitting in Henry’s preschool Christmas program 4 years ago and watching a video where he was asked, “What is Christmas really about?” Henry answered “Getting presents!” And while the audience laughed, and it was a cute answer, I realized that I truly wanted the kids to grow up knowing how important it was to give back at Christmastime and all year long! Expecting to GET gifts is a second nature (at least to my kids!)! I want them to understand how blessed they are and always willing to give back! I am SO excited to be partnering with Kohl’s!
